Only buy from authentic sources to ensure the resin is pure, free from heavy metals and/or microbial contamination.

Scientific studies indicate the long-term use of shilajit resin to be safe as it does not negatively alter blood chemistry or organ functions. Cooked shilajit due to inferior purification practices is not beneficial and may even be harmful.
