As pleased as I was with my 1st order, I found the 2nd jar to be VERY VERY tar like making it very difficult to get out. I must sit the jar in boiling water every morning before I'm able to get any amount on the metal 'spoon' which I find somewhat frustration. An email inquiry has not been responded to as of yet.
